QuestionGuys, I am in DEEP help of verifying this product....It lists a model PS42 but with GTX1050 graphic card? But PS42 is 512GB SSD by specs how come this is a 256GB SSD? This is like a Hybrid to me off PS42 and PS63 which no where else has it, what is it?!

- Answer This is the PS42 Modern 8RC (https://www.msi.com/Laptop/PS42-8RX/Specification) I am guessing that Best Buy specked the smaller ssd who knows why..? FYI, I pulled the Kingston 256MB ssd out and installed a BPXP 1TB ssd.. You need to be able to clone the original drive to the replacement externally; then install newly cloned ssd. Note, I purchased a (M.2 NVME SSD Enclosure Adapter, USB 3.1 Gen 2) and used Macrium Reflect cloning software. The access is not the easiest, but doable if you take your time. I had no problems, plug and play after the cloning completed.

- Answer Kbd is backllight is cute very bright and screen is very good near Perfect color accuracy out of the box it believe it’s 75hz refresh but great little screen

- Answer The PS42 Modern keyboard is condensed to fit the form factor. It has no number pad, but the keys are large which make for very easy typing. The keyboard has white background illumination which makes all of the characters easy to read both in a well-lit or dark environment. The keys themselves are the same dark steel blue of the chassis, and the characters appear white in contrast. You can see the keyboard and more here: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/PS42-8RX

- Answer Does have M.2 SSD, but no extra slots for upgrade, you may have to buy new bigger SSD, clone it and discard old or use as ext sata or what ever but not as addon..
