• No. You need an X570 board for PCIE 4.0 beyond the first M.2 B550 M2_1 slot (from AMD Processor) Supports PCIe 4.0 M2_2 slot (from AMD B550 chipset) Supports PCIe 3.0 It's why the X570 boards have a cooling fan near the 2nd and 3rd M2 slots. X570 chipsets run hot doing PCIE 4.0. ---- Yes, it has bios flash button on the I/O panel
