can 4K monitor be used in this MSI Desktop? null

GTX 1060 supports 4k resolutions for sure. If your watching video or doing day to day tasks you will be fine. Gaming at 4K still has a long road to get toward stability. It takes a ton of graphics power to run any game at 4k with all settings maxed. Most games that do have 4k support or HDR will not get anything close to 60fps without a GTX 1080ti or Titan

You can, but don’t expect much. Would recommend a system with higher end graphics card like a 1070 or above.
