Q: Is there a version available without the solid state drive?
A: No, even the cheapest model BBY carries has a 128g SSD. There may be a model available directly from MSI without it but it doesn't appear there is.
Q: How many monitors can I hook up to the computer. Would this computer be okay to day trade with?
A: Depends on what type of inputs your monitors have. If they have the same as the outputs on the video card you effectively do 3-4 no problem. It's not likely though that your monitors all have HDMI, DVI, and Displayport so you may need a couple converters. But yes it could handle 3+ with the proper connection
Q: can 4K monitor be used in this MSI Desktop?
A: GTX 1060 supports 4k resolutions for sure. If your watching video or doing day to day tasks you will be fine. Gaming at 4K still has a long road to get toward stability. It takes a ton of graphics power to run any game at 4k with all settings maxed. Most games that do have 4k support or HDR will not get anything close to 60fps without a GTX 1080ti or Titan
A: Technically speaking, you can change the graphics card. However, because of the proprietary design, the graphics card plugs directly into the motherboard for power. As a result, if you want to upgrade the graphics card, you will have to upgrade the motherboard, power supply, and use a new case in order to upgrade the graphics card.
