Hyper-V is in the bios but don't know if it comes enabled or not but you can turn it on in bios. The laptop comes with 2x 16GB of ram. You will need to upgrade it to 64GB with 2x 32GB. I think laptop can handle up to 128GB of ram. Laptop has 2 ram slots not 4. Also you need to remove the motherboard in order to get to it.
