• HDMI: 1920 x 1080 (Up to 165Hz). Xbox One X will only allow 120Hz.

• I am using it with and Xbox one X, and the resolution and response rate is definitely better than my old (Dell 70hz, good quality) monitor. I don't know if it is operating at 120 or 165, however.
