The 2080 super cards are the same physical card for every brand. However each brand has a different fan and some even add a slight overclock to make the card a little bit faster. The 2080 super is overall 9% better than the original 2080. As far as the specific processor it will run fine. It really depends on what you are doing with your pc. Rendering and photo editing will weigh heavy on your cpu. Gaming will weigh heavy on your gpu. Although in some cases a bad port to pc might weigh heavy on your pcu as well.
