So far so good. Been running almost daily since Christmas and I’ve only had to take it back to its dock three times.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In one month it has never not docked. It got stuck once but that was my fault for leaving a pile of close on the floor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We purchased our D4 in about 2 months ago (8/19) and so far it has had no problem finding its way back to the dock, docking and recharging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Consistently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It docks 100% of the time, granted it only leaves the dock 30% of the time it's supposed to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have had no issues with docking after mapping the house the first time. Always docs and finds its way back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had it for two month (D4) and didn't have this problem. Maybe it should be taken to repairman?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With the D4 I have not ever had it not find the dock. With the laser guidance it maps out your house so it knows exactly where it is everytime and where it needs to go to get back to the dock. With my Ecovacs that we had before this it did the random bouncing around to find the base and navigate and it'd die a lot before it got back. So far we've had the D4 for 2+ months and it has always found the dock
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried resetting your robot (powering it off then back on again)? What about possibly moving the docking station? I had to do that with mine. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably need to get new batteries for it. Once it starts doing things it never did before it usually means the batteries no longer charge properly. Also, where you have the docking station may be too tight for it to find easily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
