Dear Customer, If you are planning on cleaning more than one level in your home, we may suggest utilizing two charging stations. This is because, you would have to move the device down these stairs by hand. You do not need two charging stations to achieve this, simply move the Neato down your stairs, tap/click the start button! However, two charging stations in the long term may be helpful!
