Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly, spectrums 6 router is not compatible with the nest cams, I would buy a separate router and connect it to the 6 router and use that network for you're cams. This way you can lock it down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Spectrum routers have issues connecting with Nest cameras. I kept getting C104 and C325 error messages. If you have another router, try plugging it into your spectrum router via Ethernet and then connecting to that router. If you can connect your nest cameras to the internet via that router you know that the problem isn’t with the signal but with the spectrum router itself. I spent three hours the other day on the phone with Google and then Spectrum support. Tried all kinds of trouble shooting. Ended up turning back in the Spectrum router I was renting and using my Linksys router. The Nest camera connected in 30 seconds.
