• I'm not sure exactly what your delimma is, but if you want better speeds, that is an ISP issue. You may need to upgrade your plan or switch providers for better speeds overall. This enables better coverage through out your home/office to help elminate dark spots. The speed coming in is close to the speed coming out, and cannot make it faster.

• Yes , I have same , you needs to use Optimum modem than connect nest wifi.
