No. This doesn't not provide wifi - so therefore it isn't single/dual/or tri-band. You would still want another router with it to provide wireless access . I prefer this so I can mix and match what equipment I want. For example I had a very old Asus router. While it worked fine - I decided to add an Asus AI Mesh capable router to it. If you have a single device you can't do that. (Some people prefer that however).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a cable modem only. Modem only doesn't have WiFi capability therefore it cannot broadcast WiFi signals. You still need a wireless router for this setup. Modem/router or Cable gateway on the other hand is a combination of modem and router in box. It broadcast a WiFi signal.
