“Just ordered a CM500 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. I have a Comcast landline phone. I don't see on the packaging that the modem has a phone port. Can I use this modem for my phone, internet, computer and cable or did I purchase the wrong modem?”

You purchased the wrong modem. You need the CM500V ("V" for voice).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it has a phone port . It is only a modem though, i brought a router also for wifi . I am extremely happy with it ,no more buffering & online gaming is awesome . I would rate this product 4.9 out of 5. Also very easy to install .
