A:AnswerIn theory you should be able to do that but you need to be careful - extending the middle coverage zone too large could bring the whole thing down.
If you also intend to match SSID naming to have one large zone make sure that your WiFi devices can handle that seamlessly. Some older tablets and phones do not do that too well.
Good luck.
A:AnswerAccording to the Best Buy Associate I spoke with, yes, it will. I almost bought one of the routers when I bought the extender but, I decided to use the router supplied by the internet provider: Arris TG1672G.
A:AnswerI would sure like to help you there but I can't even get my new extender to work. I paid 200 hundred for the total tech support and spent hours online and on the phone trying to get some help. Thinking I won't renew and do a return.
A:AnswerI run my Arlo router through the wifi extender and it works fine. The extender is in a barn 150 feet from my router and the Arlo router sits next to it. The router also handles the Verizon cell phone signals as well as general wifi.
A:AnswerIt may do as it covers 8000 square feet. Otherwise, if the shed is connected to the same electric circuit as the house then try a wired extender, such as this one:

A:AnswerYes. What happens is that you will find your same SSID with a few letters after it. This automatically happens when you install the product. It was very easy.
A:AnswerThat is a great question one that would be best answered by the hotspot manufacturer or the range extender manufacturer. There might be a bit of configuration that needs t be completed by a skilled network guru.
