Does this work with blue ridge cable in pa. null

Most cable companies use RG6 cabling and this is what attaches to the back of this unit. Xfinity (Comcast), Spectrum & Cox are compatible with this unit. You need to check with Blue Ridge Cable to get their requirements. Built-in DOCIS 3.0 was required by Comcast and this unit has that.
