“I know a router doesn't increase the max bandwidth provided by my ISP, but Will it increase the speed I'm currently getting than what I can get? My DSL connection's max bandwidth is 15 mbps, but I can only get roughly between 3-6 mbps due to having 6 devices on wi-fi. Will adding another router to my modem/router actually give me more than what I'm getting right now?”

Depends on how many of your devices are using it at the same time and what kind of wireless reciever is in your current devices. Wireless B and G will only receive information as fast or as far away as they can, and getting a better router setup isn't going to help much unless you have devices with wireless N or N dual band recievers.

Try one device at a time and see what you get. If its the same, its the speed your line is capable of, not your WiFi signal.
