Depends on how many of your devices are using it at the same time and what kind of wireless reciever is in your current devices. Wireless B and G will only receive information as fast or as far away as they can, and getting a better router setup isn't going to help much unless you have devices with wireless N or N dual band recievers.

Try one device at a time and see what you get. If its the same, its the speed your line is capable of, not your WiFi signal.
