• I replaced my att dsl modem and router with the Netgear N600. Very easy to follow setup instructions. Works great!

• Yes this would replace both your modem as well as any wire/wireless router you have so it cleans up everything very nicely.

• Yes when I got AT&T DSL I told them I was getting my own and this is the one I purchased. Works great but you may have to call AT&T when you put the new device on.
