• Essentially possibile, But you would be better off researching something like ubiquiti wireless for this type of solution.

• Yes. As long as it's kept inside it would work in a hotel. For a campground I'd recommend the Outdoor Orbi Mesh extender.

• Hi There, If the hotel/campground does not have a captive portal it should work.
