I am not sure what you are asking. If you are asking if this can replace your ATT. modem, no it cannot. If you are asking if you can repeat a phone signal, no you cannot. If you have internet provided by ATT and you have a wireless router and want additional coverage, this will do that, but nothing for your phone service will change.

Yes, but this is not a modem. So you will still need your modem in front of the router.
