How do you make this extender mesh capable? null

When setting this up as an extender, the last question it asks is if you want it to use one name. If you say yes, that sets it up as a mesh network. That is how mine is set up right now

I just moved it 1/2 between the access point and the place I needed to have a stronger signal and that is where I placed it and it created my mesh.
