Q: QuestionCan someone please tell me if both lights are lit (yellow and orange) on each side of your ethernet port when it is plugged in? I am having time out issues with my internet and am trying to troubleshoot if my modem has gone bad. I have only one light lit.

• A:Answer Should be one light per port. Yellow means connected but not in use. Green is good. Use app or portal to update firmware and restart atleast once a month.
