“Trying to set up new router: followed instructions (scanned QR code, did manual entry, & watched troubleshoo YouTube videos) but wifi always says “unable to join NETGEAR##” (I plug my old one & that one immediately works) Any ideas before I return it?”

I went through that with two different units trying to get it to work. I took it back and got a Linksys AC220 and it was up and running in no time.
