“The only internet service that I have access to is ATT - DSL. I would like to know if this modem/Router will work with ATT/DSL. I looked online and it states I need the Night Hawk 1900 - D7000. This one doesn't have anything listed.”

This is only a router, not a DSL modem/router. It works great attached to my cable modem, but it doesn't include the modem portion of what it sounds like you need. If you already have the DSL modem, then it should work swimmingly.
