You may have to look into outdoor access points… not sure if NetGear Carries any but you can find good options with brands la Ubiquiti or TP-Link as well as it is not a big distance there is a $40 dollars option of a CPE access point that can act as a single access point in the building with the router our having a second CPE in the building you want to set up a connection and that CPE becomes the “modem/connection” to that building and they are not a lot more expensive than a regular router, you would have to run a wire from the router to where you install your outdoor access point but it can be just outside a window that is closer to your wired modem and has a clear line to the building you want.
