“Will this device act as a DHCP only? In other words, I want to use this to connect to a Starlink Dishy WAN, use it to do IP assignment / firewall stuff, then connect via LAN to an Orbi mesh system for WiFi needs. I assume I can turn off the radios?”

I use it as a wired router/firewall only. I have TDS fiber coming into the house. The handoff from TDS is 1Gb Copper. I did turn the wireless radios completely off and I use a POE switch and Cisco wireless behind it. The router does act as a DHCP server to issue IP addressing to my devices.
