Q: QuestionI've experienced a slow-down between the modem and router to a wired device. Is there a reason why this is happening? (500+ Mbps from modem versus 170-200 Mbps through router).

Q: QuestionWhat are your recommendations for antenna placement? I've heard some people say one should be vertical and another should be horizontal. This unit has three. Do I arrange them like in the picture? Is some other arrangement better?

• A:Answer ok joe this is from my husband & my son. do u hv spectrum app on ur tv? the cable hooks to ur cable box then run ether net cord to ur router. hope that helps.

• A:Answer It works fine without interruptions and good to excellent WIFI speeds. I traded in an ASUS that was brand new, recommended by the salesmen and $100 more and I should've known better since I had a Netgear prior. The salesmen both downplayed Netgear. I like Best Buy and have had Geek Squad services for almost 10 years, but sometimes the salesmen don't always know what is best.

• A:Answer You need to plug the other router into the back of the first router. So you will need a really long ethernet cord if you don't have wiring already installed between both locations already. That's it.
