A:AnswerYes, it has a strong WIFI signal but it depends on the distance between the device and this router. Metal will definitely reduce the speed of data. I have good speed through 50’ of multiple walls in my home but metal may cut that speed in half. I have 100mbs at the router and 80mbs 50’ away. Still plenty fast but consider your speed to start with. If you only have 20mbs at the router, you won’t have much left at any distance through metal.
