• Sorry - to have the best Cable Modem, you must compromise XFINITY Voice here. Therefore, I canceled my telephone service.

• there is a way to retain xfinity voice but it's hoky: split the coax and run the second wire to your existing modem that is voice-capable. Only use that for voice. so you will have two modems to manage. Tell Xfinity what you are doing and they will register the modems. What could possibly go wrong? But until the manufacturers announce a docsis 3.1 with voice (ie what you need for Xfinity triple play) this is it.
