“I'm in an $1800 nightmare! 970 system has issues. Satellites go down on me at least once a day wirelessly. But router stays up! Router is connected to fiber at the 10 gig port and a 2.5 gig switch. Also 2nd 10gig port is connected to the first satellite.”

• Ive been stuck in the same problem with Netgear since purchasing this system in april of this year (2025). The last sets of communications i have gotten from them seem to indicate it is an engineering issue :(
