Orbi should be compatible with century link. The satellites do not have Ethernet connections. Neither satellite plugs into the router; they are set up around the house (we have one upstairs and one in our kitchen so it serves the outdoor tv and security cameras). The system is really easy to setup: the app guides you. We are completely satisfied with the mesh system.
