Q: QuestionMy orbi frequently loses the internet connection throughout the day - like 5 plus times. Would switching my orbi to bridge mode help or is there any other setting that may help with this problem? I’m at my wits end.
Asked by Dcuspo.
- A:Answer Bridge mode won’t help. Depends on what you mean by lose connection, if it is the satellite you need to move it closer or have a better line of sight.

Q: QuestionI have several SMART HOME devices that only work on 2.4 GHZ networks, such as RING Outdoor CAM, WYZE indoor webcam, EUFY Genie smart speaker with Alexa. Will these products work using NetGEAR Orbi AC3000 as my only wifi router solution in my house?
Asked by Herb111.
- A:Answer The ORBI systems are horrible to connect to 2.4ghz devices. Unfortunately most smart switches and plugs are 2.4. Look elsewhere if a Smarthome is your goal - ORBI is more for device connection
