I don't entirely understand your question but if you have high voltage power and data lines running next to it; high voltage will cause Distortion in data lines sometimes unnoticeable sometimes to the point of inoperable But seeing how you're talkin about a breaker box (main power to your house) I would say yes it will distort the signal
