I believe so but would ask best buy to be sure. I believe you can have as many as you want of the extender piece (w/antenna) as it is just picking up the ethernet signal through the power line. I would assume they would sell the extender piece separately also but have not looked. They are returnable so, if best buy can't answer, you could always just try it and take it back if it does not work. If they don't sell separately, you can just have a backup of the device you plug the ethernet cord into.
