“Why when I add water to the water reservoir it all drains immediately to the bottom ice bin. Why is it doing this?”

• I have this problem too- it worked fine for 2 years ish but now water just fills in the front tank immediately.

• When I add water to the water reservoir it "all" immediately runs down into the ice bin. Now the ice bin is full of water. The ice bin tray is floating in water. Ive only used it 4 times and it didn't do this the first 3 times. It does still make ice but if your not standing there when the ice falls, it lands in the water.

• Hi, Thank you for reaching out to NewAir! the unit is running through its normal ice making cycle. Water will run over the wall and into the front bin then cycle over again.
