A:AnswerHi Bernie, the Intel® NUC Kit NUC6CAYH does not come with an operating system installed and must be purchased separately. If you are going to use Windows 10 as your operating system the drivers will be automatically downloaded for you or you could go directly to the manufacturers website for the latest drivers for whatever peripheral you are using.
Thank you for choosing Intel.

A:AnswerHi Karen in order to use your WD Passport you would need to get an adapter since the Intel NUC Kit NUC6CAYH does not have any USB C ports. Since your WD Passport is portable hard drive it would only work as storage. If you want to expand the memory you would need to add DDR3 SDRAM. Best Buy does sell and adapter that would allow you to use your adapter on this computer which you can find here https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-3-3-usb-to-usb-c-3-2-gen-2-superspeed-10gbps-cable-black/6419159.p?skuId=6419159
