There is also a setting for the voltage of the 12V battery below which the camera will stop drawing power. The rear camera has had several recent firmware updates which has solved the issues that we were seeing. - Answer Their support even though they told you in the other answer to contact them has been poor at best. They don’t have the part, won’t get the part & we are SOL. Never again will I use a Nextbase product
