- Answer Hello, The only paid subscription with this camera is the optional Emergency SOS (ESOS). This is free for the first three months, then is chargeable after that. Please see the Nextbase website's section on ESOS for further details.

- Answer Hello, The 322GW can only use one rear module. E.g. only the Rear View Camera, the Rear Window Camera or the Cabin Camera. This is because the 322GW only has one rear camera port. If you require a 322GW, a Cabin Camera and a Rear Camera, then I'd suggest a 322GW + Cabin Camera and a separate 122 on the rear window instead. - Answer as long as you don't change the default settings on the on the sensitivity it will record the video but it only records front and if you have a rear camera otherwise as for the doors windows it will not but will record any sound

- Answer I don't think that it can be used for tracking when you're not in the car because it connects with BT and WiFi direct.

Alternatively, you can purchase a hardwire kit separately. This connects the camera directly to the vehicle’s fuse box, providing a more permanent installation and enabling a constant power supply (for features such as Parking Mode, if supported). - Answer Hello, yes you can leave this plugged in overnight if you wish to utilize intelligent parking mode. If you don't need to use this feature, you can absolutely unplug the camera and store it away until you drive again. Let us know if you have any questions at [email protected]

- Answer Hello, The 322GW will be able to record an image as long as there is some light available at the time of recording, as it does not have infrared recording ability. We would recommend viewing the footage using the MyNextbase Player app on your computer, which you can then use to increase the brightness.

- Answer Hello, I'm sorry to hear about this. Please press the Reset button on the underside of the camera to reboot the unit. You may need a pen to do this. - Answer Check the settings and possibly default reset. I know there are options on recording audio or not but every cam is different. It could also be a weak signal when transfering the data if being done wordlessly.

- Answer I live in Arkansas and have had my camera for about a week. It dies get hot and it will shut diwn but i set mine infront if my AC vent for a few minutes and it hasnt given me anyother issues. If you have a way to keep it out of direct sunlight you shoukd be ok.
