• No delay, maybe you are confuse with the release day in Japan most the time is early than west (sorry about my english)

• Because Neir was released in Japan first on the 23rd of Feb and was released in North America March 7th

• The release date 3/7/14, which is the NA release date decided by SE. Best Buy has the same release date as everyone else.
