    • Answer Hi there, Great question! When you unplug the camera for charging, it will continue recording using its internal battery until the battery runs out. Once drained, it will stop recording until it's recharged and reconnected. However, this range can be affected by obstacles such as walls, large metal objects, and other dense materials, which may reduce the effective distance. For optimal performance, it's recommended to place the cameras within a clear line of sight to the hub and minimize obstructions.​

  • QuestionI read somewhere in the specs that this system has 4G LTE capability as well as Wifi? Can you please confirm?

Our system can be connected directly to a monitor or tv via HDMI output, or accessed remotely via mobile app. Remote mobile connection requires an active wired or Wi-Fi based connection to the internet.   • QuestionWhat is the maximum range for these cameras?

    • Answer Thank you for the question and happy to help. There are several factors that impact range on Wi-Fi based connections. We rate our cameras for up to 300 feet when there aren't dense objects in between the components. Dense objects like bricks and concrete more quickly reduce range versus drywall and other objects.   • QuestionIf I have a blink security system already. Will this interfere with my blink system? Can both wireless systems be used at the same time?
