“I added two cameras that are not night owl. They are HD color cameras, however they only show black and white. How do I fix this? I can’t change the color settings to get color.”

I have added many different brands of cameras to these DVR's, and the Night Owl ones are the best to use with it. The cameras show up how they show up. My guess is that the lighting is low enough to trigger the Infared lights which make it appear black and white. Try adding light to the area where the camera is at and see if it switches to regular mode with color. There is not a color adjustment setting, and I would recommend just getting a couple of actual Night Owl ones to replace those.
