• The Night Owl DVR will work without an internet connection, it will be able to record video and you may view it through a monitor or a TV. You will require an internet connection if you would like to view your DVR remotely by using the Night Owl application from your smart device. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.

• Yes! I have four at different locations. I choose not to connect any of them to the internet. Plug it in and walla!
