A:AnswerI have these two cameras added onto my more expensive system which has battery backup and heat based detection. The two extra cameras dont have the heat sense but they still work great for a cheaper option

These systems are plug and play made for easier connection and local testing before final installation, the only thing that might be difficult based on the camera connection would be the wiring from the DVR Main Unit to the camera location.
