Are these lens compatible with Nikon 3400? null

Yes, you can use the Sigma 70-200mm with the Nikon d3400. Be sure that you by the Sigma Nikon mount lens, as they make the same lens for the canon mount.

As both of the lenses in the Portrait and Macro Two lens kit are AF-S type lenses, they both have Nikon's built-in Silent Wave Autofocus motor. Your D3400 will require these type of lenses if you want to use autofocus. Lenses that do not have built-in focus motors can be used, however, you would need to focus manually. A further note - Nikon's AF-P type NIKKOR lenses will, in addition, autofocus with your D3400. They, too, have a built-in focus "pulse" type autofocus motor.
