  • QuestionIs this len compatible with Nikon D200?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Yes, the Nikon D200 is compatible with AF type D lenses such as the AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D lens. Note that this lens is an FX format lens and the D200 is a DX format camera body. When an FX lens is attached to a DX camera, the image is cropped by 1.5 times. This means that, for example, a 50mm FX lens on a DX camera body will have an effective field of view of 75mm.
