• A:Answer You do need to buy a memory card. It comes with a battery that you charge while it’s in the camera. I bought a stand alone charger that came with 2 batteries. When the one in the camera got low I could swap it out The Nikon 950 is an incredible camera that can complete with the cameras you see out there with the long bulky telephoto lens

Q: QuestionWill this be good for indoor and outdoor sports? I wanted something without a detaching lens so I had less bulk to carry around, but I need to be able to have a super fast shutter speed for sports.

• A:Answer Light is everything. With good light the camera can freeze the wings of a hummingbird. Indoor the video camera is best at low light in an arena. I have nice videos of granddaughter figure skating. Indoor low light use the auto setting to capture impressive images. The bird setting is good for just about anything. I use it most often, 90% of the time.

• A:Answer No this is not a camera lens that could be changed out . This is a coolpix camera. I suggest getting a camera that actually has changeable lenses. Any coolpix do not have change out lenses. They have their own automatic settings within the camera.

Also in the menu can stop viewfinder from automatically going on when you put your eye next to it. vIEWFINDER HAS MUCH BETTER RESOLUTION THAN MOIITOR, BUT HARDER TO FIND BIRDS IN IT, WHICH IS WHAT i USE IT FOR

• A:Answer I bought the SanDisk 512GB Extreme Pro SDXC 200 MB/S and its fast and works great with my Nikon P950. There is also the same memory card but with 128GB but I suggest 512GB. If you are gonna buy The Nikon P950 you should atlest spend a few dollars more and have SanDisk 512GB Extreme Pro SDXC.
