The D3200 has a BULB setting (see page# 78 of the user’s manual). We recommend that if you are using BULB setting as well as shooting with interval timer settings that you use the accessory AC Adapter, so that takes care of not using the battery. Interchangeable lenses that can be attach to the telescope? That would depend if the telescope manufacturer makes an adapter to adapt to our F-mount. The D3200 is compatible with the MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord.

All of these include interchangable lenses and a Bulb setting for long exposures, but they create digital images - not film - and are less suitable for time exposures and the like than film due to image sensor noise. That said, a cable release is very easy to find for DSLRs, and up to about 30 seconds or so, this will make a fantastic image. If you want to shoot film, I'd get a Nikon FM10 and a manual cable release. They can't be gotten through Best Buy, but I think that's really what you're looking for - a fully manual mechanical camera.
