Just on the video - yes it uses a lot of memory, but if you get a good sized memory card, it will not be a problem. I have really enjoyed the video feature, because it means one less device to carry, and the quality is great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The D3000 uses a CCD sensor. A CCD is a charge coupled device and CMOS is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor sensor. Each has strengths and weaknesses. An internet search will give a lot of information. HDMI is important if video is important to you.
