Whether or not your lens will work depends entirely on the type of lens it is. The Nikon D750 is fully compatible with and will fit type G, E, or D AF, AF-S, and AF-I lenses. AF-P type lenses may be compatible with a firmware update however functionality may be limited. You will also want to note whether your lens is a DX or FX format lens. When a DX lens is used on an FX body such as the D750, vignetting can occur due to the smaller frame. To counter this, you will want to select On for Image area > Auto DX crop in the shooting menu. For more detailed information on lens compatibility, please contact Nikon Support.

Yes they will but the focal length will be a little different.
