QuestionDoes the "keep warm" function stay on if my wife decides to brew a single cup after I have brewed a carafe? Our current maker has a selector switch which has to be set back to the carafe mode and the brew button has to again be depressed to reset warming.

- Answer Make sure the water tank is on flush in the back. Are you using pods or carafe? Sometimes a pod might not go in the right way and the water flow is impeded. Especially cheaper made pods. If all else call ninja customer service.

- Answer For best results, we recommend using Nespresso branded original capsules. However, most original line capsule brands are compatible with the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System. The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista system is NOT compatible with the Vertuo capsules.
