You can make larger quantities of food with the 8qt. Last note- make sure you check everywhere because best buy has a great price match policy. I saved 80-100 off the larger one.
A:AnswerI don’t have anything to measure with but looking down on top of it I would guess about 13-14 inches in circumference. But if you are looking at it from the side the handles add a couple of inches to either side. It’s big. But I love this appliance because you can cook and then crisp your food in one pot.
